Division of Social Sciences

Why do we do that?  How did it get this way?  What explains that response?  Have we ever tried something else?  Did it work?  Why or why not?

The Social Sciences examine the human condition to address questions such as these.  Along the way, you'll sharpen  timeless skills that will prepare you to enter our rapidly-changing workplace -- skills such as information gathering, careful thinking and critical analysis, and clear and persuasive communication.

Common careers for students of the social sciences include: the legal profession, education, the business world, social work and human services, government and public service, vocational ministry, or anything in which an understanding of human behavior and society may be helpful.  Follow the links below for more information on our programs.
