JumpStart
Dates for JumpStart 2009: Saturday, May 9 and Saturday, May 16.
Judson University JumpStarts are held twice a year for new incoming students who have decided that Judson is their new home. During this all day event, students and families are invited to come to one of these early registration days to complete administrative steps before arriving to campus for Orientation Weekend in August. Parents are invited to join in the days activities too as sessions are available specifically for them as they transition their son or daughter to the college life.
While on campus, students will complete the following administrative tasks:
- Register for classes with an academic advisor within your area of study.
- Have your photo I.D. taken.
- Sign your award letter with Financial Aid.
- Confirm your housing accomodations and choose your meal plan.
- Check that your logins for the student web, Blackboard, Judson email, etc. are working properly.
- Finalize payment plan options with Student Accounts.
- Submit health insurance waiver form, immunization records and your physical form to Health Services.
Coming to a JumpStart is a great way to begin to meet other students starting Judson in the fall, connect with your academic advisor, become more acclimated to Judson and much more!
