Elgin, IL — September 18, 2024 — Judson University is thrilled to announce that Eva Serrato, along with her team, won the prestigious Kimball International Prelude student competition last Friday. This exciting event brought together students from four different schools, who collaborated to design a studio charette for an educational setting.
The competition was an all-day event, where participants engaged in space planning, floor plan creation, elevation and rendering design, product selection, and specification, culminating in a comprehensive final presentation. The dedication, creativity, and collaborative efforts of all students were truly inspiring.
