Looking to be a Judson Eagle but unsure about how to apply? Keep reading to have the process broken down to you.
First, the student must complete the application for either traditional undergraduate or transfer student. The following information can then be seen:
First-time applicants will need the following:
- A completed application with the $50 application fee.
- An official transcript (6 semesters or more) of your academic record sent directly by the high school from which you graduated or will graduate.
- Any college transcripts for classes taken for dual-enrollment credit.
- The official results of the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) sent by the ACT program or College Board, respectively. The Judson ACT code is 1101; SAT code is 1351.

Transfer students with less than 28 semester hours will need to submit the following:
- A completed application with the $50 application fee (waived until Jan. 1).
After Covid-19 Judson became a test optional school (with the acceptance of architecture), the only requirement is a GPA of 2.75 or above. The student will have their high school or college they are transferring from send official transcripts to Judson.
- An official transcript (6 semesters or more) of your academic record sent directly by the high school from which you graduated or will graduate.
- The official results of the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) sent by the ACT program or College Board, respectively. The Judson ACT code is 1101; SAT code is 1351.
- Official transcripts of all college level academic work from all institutions attended prior to Judson, including for dual-enrollment credit.
The rest of the application includes contact information, spiritual/biblical/personal information, information about parents, and finally education information, and enrollment details.
The process is simple and should take less than 30 minutes. Part of the application includes a required essay this helps Judson get to know the student and their background. The information is then additionally used to determine possible scholarship opportunities and areas of additional funding.
Once all of the applications have been submitted, a admissions representative will reach out to you with more information. They are the main people you will communicate with until you arrive at Judson. Your application will be processed by our admissions department, and you will be informed if you are accepted, deferred, or denied.
