Kim has worked at Judson University since 2019. She worked for the Doctorate of Education in Computer Science Department for 3 years prior to transitioning to the Division of Professional Studies. Kim has a background in working as a project manager in the corporate environment for almost 20 years prior to transitioning to higher education. At Judson, Kim serves on the Internal Diversity and Spiritual Development Council and the Doctorate of Education in Computer Science Advisory Board .
